تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

It is told in verses 41: 1-2: “Ha-Meem, Adhikr is sent down from the Wise and Selfpraiseworthy Lord. It is a revelation from the Impartial and Compassionate Lord”. See explanation 11: 1 and 12: 1-2.
